Kentucky Equine Survey Names: Deadline extended to FEBRUARY 27, 2012
To Kentucky Equine Owners / Equine Operation Owners:
The purpose of this form is to send horseowner and equine operation owner names and contact information to the National Ag Statistical Service (NASS) for the Kentucky Equine Survey.
By providing NASS with an extensive list of horseowners and facility operators from around the Commonwealth, our study results will be more accurate and comprehensive for all counties and regions.
As a result of this study, we will determine how many horses of what type, breed and use are in each county. We will also determine the economic impact of all horse activity is to Kentucky through an analysis done by the University of Kentucky's Department of Ag Economics. These results will be available to the public and posted on both KHC and UK websites.
Note: Even though this form is located on the Kentucky Horse Council website, RESULTS ARE NOT BEING SENT TO KHC, BUT ONLY TO NASS.
