Certified Trail Design & Construction Specialists
Certified Trail Design and Construction Specialists are available to assist with trail development, rehabilitation, and rerouting throughout the state of Kentucky. The specialists are volunteers.
All certified specialists attended an interactive 4 day course sponsored by The Kentucky Horse Council and instructed by Mike Riter, Trail Design Specialist of Conyers, Georgia. The full certification program covered trail design and layout, construction, maintenance, and crew leader training.
