Ohio Valley Equestrian Trail Symposium
Begun in 1998, the Ohio Valley Equestrian Trails Symposium has provided a forum for educating trail riders and groups who care about the care, maintenance and preservation of the horse trails located in the Ohio Valley, which includes Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, West Virginia and Tennessee. The Summit features speakers from a variety of organizations who are involved in trail preservation and maintenance, including State and National Park Managers, officers from other large state trail groups, universities, and local trail groups.
We currently have no information about the 2010 OVETS Conference.
Southeastern Equestrian Trails Conference

The Southeastern Equestrian Trails Conference (SETC) will be held in Atlanta in 2010. This year's theme is: The Art and Heart of Keeping Our Trails – Ride Smart and Do Your Part. This conference is a MUST for organizations and individuals interested in preserving the equestrian heritage and lifestyle for present and future generations. Topics cover a broad range of subjects, such as equestrians and politics, organizing volunteers, obtaining
funding for trail projects, managing shared-use trails, trail design and construction, and environmental concerns.

American Trails National Symposium
November 14-17, 2010 in Chattanooga, TN.
American Trails sponsors this biennial conference to share and learn state of the art trail planning, development, and management techniques.
