A State of Kentucky Authority attached to the Tourism, Arts and Heritage Cabinet. Authorized by KRS 148 for the purpose of planning and implementing programs to expand tourism opportunities for off-road activities that are pertinent to nonmotorized and motorized vehicle use, including but not limited to pedestrians, bicycles, mountain bicycles, horses, all-terrain vehicles (ATVs), and off-highway vehicles (OHVs), on designated lands in Kentucky.
