Kentucky Horse Council is offering, to all Kentucky Equine Associations, the opportunity to put a rack card or tri-fold brochure in our WEG booth. Current association members pay no fee; the fee for non-members is $50.00.
We welcome all equine associations that are either operate only in Kentucky, are national in nature but headquartered in Kentucky, or are national with a major office located in Kentucky.
How to Participate as a KHC Equine Association:
1. Fill out the ASSOCIATION PARTICIPATION FORM by August 31, 2010. THE SIGN-UP DEADLINE HAS PASSED. THIS FORM IS NO LONGER ACTIVE.
2. Provide your cards or brochures to KHC's office by September 10th, 2010
You may provide a MAXIMUM of 5,000 cards or brochures
Dimensions of the cards are: 4" wide x 9" tall maximum
Brochure sizes are the standard tri-fold brochure printed on 8.5" x 11" paper
We recommend you use paper NO LIGHTER than 80lb. text weight so the card/brochure stands up in the rack.

3. Optionally provide a VIDEO or AUTOMATED POWERPOINT SLIDE SHOW to KHC via email or on DVD for showing in the booth.
This video should promote your association and its equine activities. KHC reserves the right to select appropriate videos. MAXIMUM LENGTH OF VIDEO OR SLIDE SHOW IS 4 MINUTES.
