Onset Date:       09/18/25,

On Friday, 9/18/26 owner advises some ataxia; 9/21 Presented ataxic, hyperesthesia, and inappetence. On 9/29 Patient described as much improved with favorable prognosis

Vaccination:      No WNV Vacc History,
