In TAYLOR County: KDA 008 is a 20 yr Standardbred Gelding - EUTHANIZED

Onset Date: 09/08/25 Presented with neurologic abnormality progressed to recumbency, was unable to rise - Euthanized 9/11/25

Vaccination: No WNV Vaccination History

The Department of Agriculture's Equine West Nile page is being updated to include this 8th confirmed equine WNv for 2025 and the summary information is being posted on the EDCC later this afternoon.
