How To Report Equine Abuse Or Neglect In Kentucky



The Office of the Kentucky State Veterinarian has created a way for all citizens of the Commonwealth to report suspected equine neglect or abuse via a form on their website

**According to Kentucky Revised Statute 525.130, caregivers of all species of animals shall provide "adequate food, space, drink, and health care. Failure to do so is punishable by law."
